INTERNET SHOP package is intended for building and managing a custom online products catalogues with shopping cart features, with realtime online credit card or check payment processing. The software is based on custom developed application: fast, scalable, multilingual, very undemanding to a server resources software core (as well as a number of custom libraries), developed using fast programming language PHP, optimized for SQL-databases (mySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) to work in UNIX/Linux or Windows environment. Functionality:
The Internet shop has modular structure, built on html-templates:
1. Product's catalogue: unlimited products, search, sorting in any way, detailed product's information.
2. Shopping cart: add/remove products, groups of products, possibility to apply any type of discount (for example, personal discounts, discounts for products and whole sections of products, discount based on the total amount ordered, etc.)
3. Payment module: customer information, shipping address, implementation with credit card payment gateways such as Verisign, Cardservice Int, CyberCash, Authorize.net and others;
4. Personal account module: user registration and authentication, log-in, storing personal information, mailing lists subscription, shopping history, accounting personal discounts;

6. Banner rotation system module: exposing "product-banners", flash-banners, static and animated gif-banners on the affiliate's sites according to the pre-defined settings of affiliate code (banner type, style, number and category of products, priorities for each category);
7. Email distribution module: broadcasting of all service and newsletters email messages in the system (registration of user/partner, buying confirmation, news subscription, etc);
8. Administrator's module: settings of any parameters of other modules, add/delete/move products and groups of products in catalogue, tracking orders, managing users, partners, active shopping carts lists, and other functions;
9. Talk@live module: maintains the communication between support staff and a customers, allow registration of operators and supervisors, recording of chat sessions, user transfer to other operator, review of active sessions, creating and usage of preformatted answers and greetings;
All the pages of the "Internet shop" system are dynamically generated and based on templates. The database of products and other data is based on mySQL database. If the number of transactions grow significantly, as database server can be used software of other vendors, like Oracle or Postgress.
New version (2.0) of Internet shop is significantly enhanced in comparison with version 1.0. The main differences are: the engine of the system is significantly reshaped and complemented, the speed is faster, while the size of programming code is reduced, a new more flexible data structure is put in place, which enables to add different products. The creation of new modules and addition of new templates is significantly simplified. Major changes in functionality:
- While the dynamic structure of the system is retained, the navigation at the web site is changed (no java-scripts used): now there is a possibility of registration of all the pages of the shop in searching engines or a possibility of direct linking to dinamically generated (!) product's page from other web site;
- True multilingual support system has been introduced with a possibility to switch languages "on fly" at any page of the site;
- User can customize and save settings of the shop for future sessions;
- The possibility to make purchases without preliminary registration;
- Affiliate program is significantly enhanced, that enables to identify purchases of unregistered users process payments to partners, generate complete statistic info on each partner;
